Darcie has spent over a decade working in innovation groups at top-tier global organizations, while coaching and training teams on best practices in ways of working.

Through these experiences, Darcie has facilitated countless collaborative workshops and sessions for dynamic cross-functional groups, guiding through problem-solving, kickoffs, brainstorming, service design, experience mapping, and more.

Darcie is an expert at leading projects with design thinking a human-centered framework for innovation that fosters co-creation, focused attention, and trust building. She also brings knowledge of agile product development which aims to speed up delivery.
