Over the past 20+ years, our founder, Darcie Fitzpatrick has focused on building things, from digital products and services to stronger teams and workplace culture. 🌟

And now… she runs Hey, Facilitator, a business that helps teams collaborate like pros and enjoy their time together.

Her secret weapons?
Design thinking, agile coaching, service design, and a love for open innovation, which she brings to Hey, Facilitator by providing collaborative experiences to help teams move faster, think bigger, and stay human along the way.
