Workshops, offsites, innovation and design sprints, leadership sessions, trainings, strategic working sessions, and other experiences where a group needs to think, decide, learn, or move forward together.

Surprisingly fast. Timing depends on the engagement, travel, and how much design is needed, but we are comfortable onboarding to work in motion. Most engagements go from first call to scoped in a few days.

Yes. We can appear as Hey, Facilitator, as a named delivery partner, or as an white-labeled extension of your team. We’ll agree on the right approach before the engagement begins.

Yours, ours, or a thoughtful blend. We can work within established methodologies and content without forcing a competing process into the room.

Only if you ask us to. We won’t step outside the communication structure we establish together. Your relationship stays yours.

We have a 4-hour minimum on workshop design and facilitation mentoring, and virtual support can begin with a focused session. In-person delivery typically starts with a two-day commitment.

All the above. Hey, Facilitator is based in Washington state and available for travel globally for in-person engagements. Virtual and hybrid delivery, design support, and facilitation mentoring are also an option.
