Our founder, Darcie Fitzpatrick, understands both the human side of change and the realities of getting work done. She is a human-centered designer and facilitator with 15+ years of experience across design, marketing, technology, and transformation.

As Principal Consultant, Darcie leads Hey, Facilitator by being an unbiased thinking partner to the executives and leaders responsible for making change land, and a mentor and collaborator to the teams carrying it forward.
