What’s ‘One Word’ to describe your experience today?
Our favorite question to ask at the end of a day of facilitation is: “What’s One Word to describe your experience today?”
It’s such a great way to gather quick sentiments from participants.
Coincidentally, we also like asking this at the end of a qualitative research session.
What’s also fun is looking back at the feedback gathered over the years. The two words that come up most often after our working sessions are:
Collaborative & Engaged
We’ll take it.
We designed and led an OKR strategy workshop in Seattle recently with the wonderful leadership group at Horizon House for Hey, Facilitator, and pictured are the words some folks shared.
Thank yous to Lucinda Burtt for co-facilitating and Brenda Thompson, PHR, and Horizon House (CCRC) for being so gracious.
