In a meeting for two-hours
18 people on the call
Halfway through, a couple voices take over
The rest of us get quiet
No one ever brings it back
The time just passes
Our energy levels drop
And, nothing gets decided
The end
Well, that’s two hours
we won’t get back
Sound familiar?
Now, let’s say the average resource cost for those people is $70/hour, that’s $2,520… to go in circles.
And it has to happen all over again to finish the work.
